Roman Valent

Roman was born in Czechoslovakia in 1976. He studied Visual Media in 1993 at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria, and graduated with his Magister Artium diploma. From 1995 to 1998, Roman worked as an editor and 1st AD on various international television productions and got his break into directing in 2003. Since, Roman has directed over 200 commercials and counting. His list of work, including his elusive spot from Kawasaki, has received many international awards and nominations. Roman is a talented artist with a special approach to storytelling. His visual style, subtle work with actors, and the intrigue incorporated in post make him one of the most interesting directors in Europe today.
