In this unique role, IMC producers assist the brand teams and work with the internal IMC creative leads to shepard the production process through all phases of content creation by internally ballparking presented scripts, providing projected campaign calendars, reviewing treatments and director submissions, vetting bids, attending shoots, and overseeing the post process.

A strategic creative partner for mid to lower funnel assets
Meeting a growing need for speed to production and minimizing layers in the creative development process, HONE's production first approach met the need by acting as an internal production company for the in-house agency for online video, social and stills assets.
Coca Cola's Social Center crew was responsible for planned and real-time content across all social platforms demanding a fast creation process. Work streams had to be scaled and new models developed to keep production costs low.
Additionally, one of HONE’s Creative Campaign Managers was part of the team that got Social Center off the ground. This role collaborated with internal and external partners to pull integrated campaign ideas through, develop social analytics, strategy, and content, always on, and real-time content.
