Empowering the brands first stand alone campaign

Intuit had long built its reputation through advertising focused on its sub-brands like TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Credit Karma. For the first time, the company sought to speak directly as a unified, standalone master brand—sharing a forward-looking vision as an AI-driven financial platform. This presented a unique challenge: crafting a cohesive, transformational brand narrative that moved beyond individual products to tell Intuit’s broader story.

Our goal was to partner with our client to avoid duplicating roles and leverage each other's strengths to build a highly tuned and efficient team that minimized extraneous fees and additional approval layers.

Collaborating closely with Intuit’s internal teams, we co-created a singular, agile brand story that reflected the company’s evolving identity. Utilizing the narrative arc of one man's start-up story, we revealed Intuit's powerful AI and human experts as the connective tissue across their tentpole brands - TurboTax, Mailchimp, Quickbooks, and Credit Karma.

Keeping the core team small, highly experienced, and dedicated solely to Intuit allowed us to crack the brief and produce the work in record time. As the project evolved and took different shapes, like all big brand campaigns do, we were able to be flexible and quickly supplement the team with more talent as needed, when needed.

Trust is everything. HONE will tell me exactly what’s doable, how to get the best result for the resources we have, and it’ll hold the work to the same high standard I do. That honesty and ambition – lets me confidently walk into leadership conversations and say, 'Yes, we can pull this off, and we’ll do it without a retainer or overwrought team.'
